Health is your Greatest Asset...

MESSAGES ON THE JOURNEY TO WELLNESS

Fibroids, endometriosis, and cancer have become increasingly common health challenges in many communities. Having personally faced and overcome all three, I am passionate about helping women cultivate a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

I share both personal insights and well-researched resources that could have supported or supported my own healing journey. My story is proof that recovery is possible. With the right knowledge, self-discipline, and the courage to trust your unique path, you too can thrive.

Some of the Gems I have gathered:

1. Protecting my environment internally and externally. Our minds absorb what we consume, just like our bodies. I’m selective with media, music, and company. If it drains my spirit, it doesn’t belong in my sacred space. Mental hygiene is just as vital as physical wellness. I intentionally replace each negative thought with multiple positive ones, and when uplifting emotions begin to flow, I know I’ve risen above what no longer serves me.

2. Prioritizing physical movement. Regular exercise supports heart health, detoxification, hormone balance, and mental clarity. Even gentle movement like stretching or walking helps with circulation and makes the body resilient.

3. Laughing more. Laughter stimulates the vagus nerve, boosts immunity, reduces cortisol (the stress hormone), and enhances mood. It’s free medicine and it works instantly.
